You (“you” or “End User” or “your” or “Buyer” or “Customer”) must read and accept all the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) and the accompanying Privacy Policy, before you decide to use www.stephinlalan.com (hereinafter referred to as “Site” or “we” or “our”). The Site allows you to browse through, choose and buy Clothing (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”).
If you choose not to agree to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the Privacy Policy, you may refrain from using the Site in any way. In these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the term ‘Acceptance’ is considered an affirmative action when you click on the ‘check box’ and the ‘continue button’ provided on the registration page or any other such actions that indicate your acceptance.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- The delivery time for domestic orders is between 7 and 10 business days.
- Items ready for shipping are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Shipping is free on all domestic online orders.
- Express deliveries will incur additional charges based on your geographical location. Contact our representative via email, call, or WhatsApp to find out more about these charges.
- Orders will be duly delivered to the address you provide at the time of placing the order.
- We process all orders from our registered headquarters in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For all international orders, the delivery time for ready-to-wear orders is 15-20 business days. For celebration wear, the delivery time is 25-30 business days.
- When placing an international order for ready-to-wear items, a flat fee of USD 40 will be charged depending on the chosen currency. Shipping charges for celebration wear items vary between USD 75 - USD 150, depending on the weight and location of the order. Although a charge of USD 40 may appear during checkout, our customer care team will contact you regarding the differential amount (if applicable) after consultation with the shipping agency.
- You will not be charged duties and taxes for international orders.
- Deliveries are made to the shipping address entered at checkout.
- Duty charges are imposed by many countries on imported items at the port of entry and vary by destination country and product.
- At the time of order delivery, customers should pay all applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency.
- Our warehouse is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, where all orders are processed.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
- Once the item is shipped, customers will receive an email with the shipping details, tracking number, and shipping agency information.
- Customers can track orders on the shipping partner's website using the consignment/tracking number.
- To ensure hassle-free delivery, please make sure the shipping address is complete and includes a mobile number and zip code.
MODES OF PAYMENT
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, Net Banking options across major banks, and recognized UPIs and Wallets.
- All international orders will be accepted through Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (as well as PayPal and PayU third-party payment gateways).
- Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit card/debit card transactions in international currency cannot be initiated by default unless explicitly authorized by the cardholder.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our exchange policy below:
- Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are in perfect condition and only for size changes. You must inform our customer service team of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- To request an exchange, please write to us at customercare@stephinlalan.com or call our customer care number at +91 89254 07775. We will respond promptly to your request.
- Please ensure the original product tag and packing are intact when you return the product.
- Products can be exchanged within one week of delivery, provided the customer service team has been informed of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In addition to the conditions listed above, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that indicate signs of physical damage to the package or the product or have been returned without the original packing or missing items that were included with the product during delivery.
- Customised products
- We do not provide refunds for any goods sold. Sold goods may only be exchanged or replaced provided they conform to our terms and conditions. However, if the issue remains unresolved, we will offer you a credit note for future purchases.
