1. How do I know which size to choose?

At our store, we provide a size chart for all products that we sell. It is recommended to refer to the size guide and choose the size closest to the measurements of your body. By following this, you can ensure that your selected product size will fit you well.

2. How can I confirm if an item is available for purchase?

To check the availability of an item, please navigate to our Ready To Ship Section. Unless otherwise indicated by a 'SOLD OUT' tag, all items listed here are available and ready for purchase. It's important to note that an item in your cart may still be purchased by someone else until you pay and check out.

If there is a product that you wish to purchase and that is currently not in stock, email to customercare@stephinlalan.com (note: you must be a registered user to do so) or call us at +91 89254 07775. We will do our best to assist you with your inquiry.

3. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments. Our secure third-party payment gateway is Razor Pay. Additionally, we accept payments through net banking via major banks too.

For now, we only accept the payment methods listed above and no other forms of payment.

4. How secure is it to make use of my credit card for online purchases?

We take the security of your personal and credit card information seriously. To ensure the safety of your data, we use SSL encryption technology that helps us to store and transmit your information safely from our systems. The orders are completed using a checkout system that is safe, and you can save your credit card information here for future purchases. This is not retained in our database but stored carefully in the secure payment gateway of the third party.

5. Do you allow multiple shipping addresses per order?

Unfortunately, we only allow for one shipping address for each order. In case you need to ship items to different locations, for each address, you have to place separate orders. However, we are happy to assist you with any special requirements or requests for bulk orders. 6. Can I alter the shipping address once my order is shipped?

Once your items have been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect them to a new shipping address. Please provide the correct shipping address when placing your order to ensure successful delivery.

7. Am I allowed to add more items to the order that has already been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot combine or add anything to an existing order. In case you want to receive multiple items in a single delivery, you have to cancel your present order(s) and re-order again.

8. Where is my order, and when can I expect it to arrive?

Our standard delivery time is 7 to 10 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times that are mentioned are meant as a reference only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as delays at the transport provider or clearance at customs at the destination. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

9. How far is my personal information kept confidential?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously and ensure that any information about yourself that you have provided remains confidential. We never give it off or sell your personal information to third parties. To register on our website, we require your name and email ID. At the time of processing your online order, we collect your billing and shipping addresses, telephone numbers, and credit/debit card information. However, your credit/debit card details are sent directly to our third-party payment gateway, which is safe; we do not store it on our servers.

10. Should I worry about cookies?

Cookies help us track your visits to our Site, the items in your shopping bag, and previous purchases. They help us personalise content to suit your interests and assist you with your shopping experience. According to our policy on sale price adjustments, we are not in a position to offer any reductions on items bought at full price, even if they subsequently go on sale or are part of a special promotion with a temporary price reduction.
