Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our exchange policy below:

  • Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are in perfect condition and only for size changes. You must inform our customer service team of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • To request an exchange, please write to us at customercare@stephinlalan.com or call our customer care number at +91 89254 07775. We will respond promptly to your request.
  • Please ensure the original product tag and packing are intact when you return the product.
  • Products can be exchanged within one week of delivery, provided the customer service team has been informed of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

In addition to the conditions listed above, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that indicate signs of physical damage to the package or the product or have been returned without the original packing or missing items that were included with the product during delivery.
  • Customised products
  • We do not provide refunds for any goods sold. Sold goods may only be exchanged or replaced provided they conform to our terms and conditions. However, if the issue remains unresolved, we will offer you a credit note for future purchases.
